Information on the processing of personal data

ACCELERACTION is a system developed by the company Eyes Europe, based in Udine (UD) via B. De Rubeis, 19 (Italy), and is designed to allow companies that produce and/or market industrial machinery (hereinafter Manufacturer) to manage phases associated with the installation and those relating to the after-sales service (which includes all activities related to CUSTOMER CARE such as: service, maintenance, training, spare parts, guarantees, non-compliance, commercial, etc.) of said machinery used by employees/collaborators referable to the Manufacturer or by the final customer (Customer).

Eyes Europe will access the platform only for maintenance purposes and/or technical assistance and for consulting the archive dedicated to the licenses activated by the Manufacturer (for the use of its employees/collaborators or/and Customers) for subsequent invoicing. Eyes Europe, therefore, will not access the data as a Data Controller, but as a Data Processor.

The system involves the use of a reserved WEB system and an APP. Access to these systems takes place by entering a User ID and password that will be provided to the users, depending on the case, by the Manufacturer or by the Customer who, as Data Controllers, undertake to submit to the data subjects suitable information pursuant to 'art. 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Informazioni sul trattamento dei dati personali

Il sistema ACCELERACTION è sviluppato dalla società Eyes Europe, con sede in Udine (UD) via B. De Rubeis, 19 (Italy), ed è pensato per consentire a società che producono e/o commercializzano macchinari industriali (di seguito Produttore) di gestire le fasi associate all’installazione e quelle relative al servizio di post-vendita (che include tutte le attività riferite al CUSTOMER CARE quali: service, manutenzioni, training, ricambistica, garanzie, non conformità, commerciale, ecc.) di detti macchinari utilizzati dai dipendenti/collaboratori riconducibili al Produttore o dal cliente finale (Cliente).

Eyes Europe accederà alla piattaforma solo per scopi manutentivi e/o di assistenza tecnica e per la consultazione dell’archivio dedicato alle licenze attivate dal Produttore (ad uso dei propri dipendenti/collaboratori o/e dei Clienti) per successive fatturazioni. Eyes Europe, quindi, non accederà ai dati in qualità di Titolare del Trattamento, ma di Responsabile del trattamento.

Il sistema prevede l'utilizzo di un sistema WEB riservato e un’APP. Gli accessi a questi sistemi avvengono mediante inserimento di User ID e password che verranno fornite agli utenti, a seconda del caso, dal Produttore o dal Cliente i quali, in qualità di Titolari del trattamento, si impegnano a sottoporre agli interessati idonee informative ai sensi dell’art. 13 e 14 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679.
